The Cosmic Egg brooch is designed around a circular, silver mirror, set into a cream resin and decorated around its edge with black glitter.  Beneath the mirror, there are three holographic, flower beads with oriental designs, a clear facetted crystal and two round, textured glass beads, one black and one clear.  The egg-shaped brooch is then embellished further with gold and silver coloured glitter and the overall effect is a sophisticated design that catches the light beautifully.

The brooch is of a modest size; measuring approximately 6 by 4.5 cm at its widest parts and can be attached to garments using the gold coloured safety pin embedded in the resin on the reverse side.  It is a reasonably lightweight brooch at 24 g.
